  • Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.
  • During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–8 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD), if available, may include a small convenience fee, which will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use the tracking link to monitor your shipment's progress.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If the order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts, it may be returned to us.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package and product. We will investigate and provide a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.
